How Meep customers collect SMS consent

Meep is software that home service businesses, beauty & wellness professionals, and professional service providers use to run their operations. Part of that includes texting their own customers about appointments, quotes, and invoices.

Below is the sample opt-in experience a business running on Meep uses to collect express written consent from their end-users before sending any SMS messages.

Where this form appears

End-users encounter this opt-in in one of three places, all operated by the Meep business customer:

•Online booking forms — when an end-user books an appointment through a business's public booking page.
•Quote and invoice acceptance — when an end-user reviews a quote or invoice sent by the business.
•In-person intake — when a technician adds a new customer on-site and asks for permission to text.
