684 doors. 228 conversations. 51 sales. Three reps mentioned “we already have someone.” Listen to how Taylor and Jordan handled it.

“When they already have someone, I usually thank them and move on.”

Jordan’s evening debrief1:12
“I asked when their agreement renews. One asked me to come back next month.”

A next step worth practicing

Taylor may be ending these conversations early. Jordan described earning a return visit. Test that question with the crew tomorrow.

Taylor reached 34 people across 106 doors. His contact rate was close to Jordan’s; his close rate was lower.

Observe before deciding

Compare similar areas and visit times. Watch five of Taylor’s conversations tomorrow, especially after “we already have someone.” His debrief gives you a coaching question, not a proven cause.

Practice earning the next conversation

You play the homeowner: “We already have pest control.” The rep can try:

Got it. Are you happy with the service, or is there something you wish they handled better?

If they’re happy, respect that. If they mention a gap, ask one useful question. If timing is the issue, ask permission to return around renewal.

Two rounds per rep

Round one: a happy customer. Round two: someone whose issue is unresolved. Coach listening and a relevant next step. Avoid forcing the same pitch.

Maya’s evening debrief0:54
“A homeowner wanted to talk with her husband. She asked me to come back Thursday. I don’t think I saved it.”

Confirm the door with Maya

Her debrief doesn’t identify the house. Ask her which door and what return time was requested, then save the check-back to the confirmed record.

You also have 42 recorded check-backs. Work promised return times first. This debrief may reveal one more opportunity, but it needs confirmation.

10 minutes, one coaching focus

2 minutes: hear the Taylor and Jordan clips. 5 minutes: Jordan demos; pairs practice both homeowner responses. 3 minutes: confirm Maya’s door and review promised return times.

Here’s a crew-announcement draft. Review it before posting.

To Summer crew

Morning huddle: listen to two debrief clips, then practice “we already have someone.” Jordan demos; everyone gets two rounds. Maya: confirm your Thursday return visit. Work promised check-backs first. Tonight, tell us what you asked next and how the homeowner responded.

Team leadWhat should I ask in tomorrow’s debrief to know if this helped?
ChatGPT with Meep
When someone already had a provider, what did you ask next, and what happened?

Pair the stories with the results

Review the replies alongside contact rate, close rate and completed check-backs. Compare similar areas; look for useful next steps as well as same-day sales.

Tomorrow’s next coaching decision

If reps are still moving on early, practice the question again. If they’re earning return visits, focus on follow-through. Bring the next debriefs back here and we’ll choose the next huddle focus.

Questions, answered

What counts as one crew?+

One crew shares territory assignments, field results and a training routine under the same lead. The $129 monthly price includes all reps and team leads in that crew, with no per-rep fees or standard setup fee. Independently managed crews have separate subscriptions.

Is Meep built for the team lead or the rep?+

Both. Leads can scope areas and review results. Reps get territory and door context in the field. The AI connector helps you turn that activity into questions, insights and coaching topics.

What goes into a nightly brief?+

Connect Meep to ChatGPT to explore field results, area progress and check-backs, then prepare a focused morning huddle. We’re building daily audio debriefs so the brief can also draw on what reps heard at the door. The conversation on this page previews that workflow with scripted debriefs. Insights depend on the records available to your team.

Is property intelligence available everywhere?+

Property fields vary by county. Street-level imagery depends on local coverage, and nearby-customer context depends on customer data available in Meep. We’ll check the areas your team works during setup. Door counts and property measurements are estimates.

Can we use Meep alongside FieldRoutes?+

Tell us which systems your company requires. Meep does not currently offer a direct FieldRoutes connection, so we’ll review the workflow and available data with you before your team starts.
